“We stayed at Rieth Hotel for just one night while attending a course in Böblingen, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. We were given a room on the first floor overlooking the greenery outside. It was absolutely quiet and peaceful, allowing for a truly restful stay. The room itself had clearly been freshly renovated — modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was an absolute highlight. Since we stayed over a Saturday, we were treated to their extended weekend breakfast, which exceeded our expectations: delicious homemade bread, a generous selection of cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, and scrambled eggs served directly from the kitchen. The quality and variety made it feel like much more than a standard hotel breakfast, and for the price, it offered exceptional value. (On weekdays, the breakfast is a bit simpler, but certainly still prepared with care.) Overall, Rieth Hotel combines comfort, tranquility, and great hospitality in a way that makes you feel instantly at home. Even though we only stayed for one night, we left wishing we could have stayed longer. We can wholeheartedly recommend it and would happily return on our next visit to the area.”

“Nice unpretentious hotel with clean and quiet rooms. Affordable and convenient, especially if you are doing business nearby. I really loved the breakfast and the calm atmosphere of the restaurant, including a view over an apple orchard on the back of the hotel. Staff is very friendly”

“Great hotel, close to downtown. Breakfast is fantastic..staff is very friendly. Rooms are large for German standards and our room even had a balcony with table and chairs. Definitely staying again when we come back to Böblingen”

“Stayed at the hotel 2 weeks. Attended a family member wedding and took sight seeing trips from the hotel. Stayed in the new section of the hotel Air conditioner worked excellent. Our room had a kitchenette. Safe. And a split bathe with shower and water closet Room was very clean. All hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. They engaged in speaking English with us. We ate breakfast daily and we found all foods extremely good. We ate two nights in the restaurant off the menu. Again food was excellent. The hotel owners helped us with taxi arrangements and made some calls to the Swiss train company. Highly recommend to anyone staying as either a vacation or business location. It was always quiet during the day and at night. Parking convenient. A walking or bike route runs by the hotel. A grocery store and beverage store within a five minute walk”
